about the Coronavirus
THE PATH TO THE RETURN OF NORMAL SERVICES
Our state is schedule to be re-opening on Friday, May 1. The state has at least six stages. We will open up our ministries in stages as well. Our states DO NOT COINCIDE with the State of Indiana.
We are presenting three stages of return to normal services with no definite time for each stage, though each stage could be at least 4 weeks. Of course, our plan will probably be adapted as we move forward.
PHASE 1- (4- 6 weeks) Beginning Sunday, May 10

Have a “Public Service” in the 10:30 hour on Sunday. Encourage all to maintain “social distancing”. Wearing of face masks will be voluntary.

We may be required to stay at a limit of “50”. We should encourage those who are at medical risk or with medical issues to stay home.

We will continue “Face book Live” during this phase.

No Sunday School during phase 1

No Evening Service during phase 1

Prayer meeting as we have been doing it. Numbers are small enough so we can practice extreme “social distancing”.
PHASE 2 (4-6 weeks)

Sunday School at 9:30- encourage “social distancing”. Adult class may want to meet in Sanctuary.

Morning Service at 10:30. “Face Book Live” to be determined.

Wednesday Prayer Meeting as above

No Evening Service at this time in Phase 2
PHASE 3 (TBA)

Hopefully, we will be back to the “old normal”.

OTHER ACTIVITIES in any phase-
Choir practice can be determined in either phase and decided by the Music staff (Donna, Jean, Max etc.) with approval of Deacons and Pastor. All other activities to be determined at a date closer to the activity
